Export Subscribers

To export your subscribers, locate the Subscribers option from the sidebar.

Data Safety Reminder

We recommend regularly exporting your subscriber data to ensure data safety. This helps protect against accidental loss and maintains a backup of your valuable subscriber information.

• Export your data at least once a week
• Store backups in a secure location
• Keep multiple versions of your exports

Export Steps

1. Use the filters at the top to filter by status, website, or sort as needed.
2. Click the Export button.
3. In the export dialog, select All Websites or a specific website.
4. For optimal performance, export your subscriber data when the server is not busy sending notifications. This ensures data consistency and prevents any impact on notification delivery.
5. Click Export to download your subscriber data.

Remember to store backups securely and maintain version history.
